Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration DT Masculine Monday for husbands birthday card

SSInkspiration Design Team is featuring Masculine Monday. There are some great ideas just a click away. For my card since my husbands birthday is today I made this card for him and I sure think it qualify for the theme today. My customers always comment in card classes when I tear the card stock. There aren’t very many masculine cards that I don’t tear. LOL. I just look the look it gives the card. Also by sponging the edges with Tip Top Taupe I feel it gives it more masculine look too.

Here I am showing the difference between sponging the dry embossed Always Artichoke card stock w the same ink to pop the embossed layer! Which is which. If you wanted a softer look you could sponge in a lighter color.
Here are the supplies I used. Click on any of the products and you will be taken right to my online store. Also by clicking on the Supply List you can print or download the document of all the supplies used to refer back to. Be watching for an added enhancement to all my projects coming soon!
Don’t miss out on these awesome sales ending today!!

Christmas Inspiration w bling

Today over at SSInkspiration we are featuring Christmas cards! Just click on the link and you will be able to see the rest of the cards that some other design team members have created to inspire you with!

The card I created was for my recent card class. They loved the bling on this card! Don’t be afraid to try using washi tape on your projects. Here I have simply used it to make it look like ribbon.  I used the Everyday Chic Designer Washi Tape.

November D’S Stamping Team USA Blog Hop Christmas

Time again for another DS Stamping Team USA Blog Hop! Our theme this month is Christmas. We hope you enjoy your stops and get lots of inspiration along the way! We all love comments so feel free to share your thoughts along the way! Thx!
The card I created was from my recent card class. I love the look of the cording and what it adds to the card! Using the bundle stamp set and punch this card came together pretty quickly! Love quick cards if I am making lots of them!
Inside I decided to stamp another snowflake in the Soft Sky and the sentiment in the Night of Navy to complete my card!

Here is what Nancy created! She is the most creative of us stampin sistas!

I LOVE this frame I got from IKEA for $1.00

Enjoy your next stop to see what Megan has to inspire you with!
