Time for another blog hop! This month were featuring cards and projects for Fathers Day or masculine ideas. I did these two cards for a class recently and loved how they turned out.
I am excited to send my Fathers Day card out to my dad! Just by changing the sentiment I have showed 2 ideas using the same layout and colors.
Here they are side by side. The Traveler is the Stamp Set I have used on my cards. I love the look of the tearing especially on masculine cards. I used Pacific Point, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I watched a video from my fellow demo gf Sharon Armstrong for this technique of sponging the World Map Stamp set. She says just color it and don’t over think it. I had some teachers here at card class and they made sure the land was Crumb Cake and the water was Pacific Point. LOL!
I love the font in this stamp set Something to Say.
For my dads card I have used Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp set. I use this all occasion sentiment set all the time. It’s very well loved!
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of the blog hop! Stampin Darla

Time for another blog hop! This month were featuring cards and projects using the Monochromatic colors. Tints, tones, and shades of a single hue .We all chose different colors to use. I chose to use 2 of my favorite blues and Whisper White. Night of Navy and Soft Sky As you hop you will be seeing a lot of colors! And it should inspire you to use this technique when your creating your own projects.
So here my 2 projects side by side.
I love how the stamp set Starburst looks when used with the Circle Framelets. Going to miss this set as it retired next month. The Banner Framelets used on my card I thought are perfect with the whole theme of my card.
I love finding new things to try and then I can show my customers how easy and fun a 3d project really can be! This is a candy holder holding 3 Hershey Nuggets. I have already decided I will be changing this up and using all new products at my Open House next month. These will be sitting already done at the stampin tables so when my guests are stamping a quick project they can enjoy a little snack in a cute candy holder!
